DES-CASE breathers These water-absorption
breathers feature a unique patented air and water vapor removal system that
essentially eliminates moisture and particulate contamination of such equipment
as industrial hydraulic tanks and gearboxes. They come with either 1 in.
NPT screw-in or bayonet-style connections.
A color code system indicates when the breather should be replaced. Cost savings accrue through elimination of water- contaminated oil, rust-forming condensation, and sludge deposits; reduced oil contaminate levels; and longer oil and filter life. All components are environmentally safe.
Flexible drive couplings Vescor stocks
one of the industry’s largest selections of flexible couplings. These offer
a number of advantages over the competition.
Most flexible coupling manufacturers use compression-molded, rubber-like materials for their standard inserts. Vescor, however, uses a high-tech injection molded material called P380 for our standard inserts. Torque tests and shock tests prove P380 is stronger and more durable than most of the competitors’ standard elastomeric elements.
P380 is priced like a standard insert while providing the performance and specifications of a premium selection. This allows us to offer you a superior product that saves you money when you purchase it and that continues to save you money with lowered maintenance and replacement costs.
The light weight aluminum helps prolong bearing and seal life on pumps, gear boxes and motors.
Most manufacturers charge you extra for a double set screw option. Since our couplings are designed to be the finest on the market, we make double setscrews standard on all coupling sizes. The extra setscrew offers greater hoop stress generation, creating a more secure fit from coupling to shaft.
Keyed couplings, splines, metric bores and other special options are available from stock. We can also modify any flexible coupling to your exact specifications.
Spin-on
filters Vescor offers a series of spin-on filters designed to
remove contaminants from hydraulic systems in a wide variety of applications.
Filters are available with 10 or 25 micron (nominal) resin impregnated cellulose
elements as well as with high- performance microglass elements for finer
filtration and increased dirt-holding capacity or with Hydrosorb elements
for water and particulate removal. A selection of filter heads is available
with various port sizes, indicators, gauge ports, and by-pass valves. 
Gear
pumps These high-performance units are manufactured to international
standards. Precision engineering and rigid quality control help ensure high
volumetric efficiency and long life. Pumps are rated for flows to 15 gpm,
pressures to 3500 psi, and up to 4000 rpm. Operating temperatures range
up to 180 degrees F. An SAE A 2-bolt flange is standard, along with SAE
O-ring ports. Pump-to-motor adapter kits are available. 
C-face adapters We are the largest manufacturer
and have the largest stock and selection of part numbers of cast C-face
pump/motor adapters. Adapters for gas engine applications are also available.
Of particular interest is Vescor’s patented C-face adapter and coupling selection software program. Simply select the motor model number and frame size and the pump model number. This automatically determines the correct C-face adapter and coupling for that application. A dimensioned installation drawing is also provided. The software includes a cross-reference that handles the input of competitive part numbers.
Accumulator
mounting brackets These comprise a complete line of brackets
and clamps that are competitively priced. Special features include rubber
cushioning to reduce vibration and noise and compensation for thermal expansion/contraction.
These have been designed for all types of accumulators and filter housings.
Gauges
A line of pressure gauges is available from Vescor with 2-1/2 in., 4 in.,
and 6 in. dials with pressure ranges from 30 in. Hg to 10,000 psi. Accessories
include gauge isolator valves, snubbers, and front and rear flanges
Vescor standard fluid level sight gauges are available in three sizes, 3 in., 5 in., and 10 in. Gauges are available with or without thermometers in standard back mount design or optional front mount design. Also available is the Vescor quick change sight gauge check® that allows the sight gauge to be removed and replaced without draining the reservoir. .
Cush-a-Clamps When installing pipe,
tube, or hose, the effects of vibration, shock, surge, galvanic corrosion
and unwanted noise are a major concern. Improperly clamped pipe, tube, or
hose invite line failure and potential problems. New developments in cushioned
clamping from Vescor provide a proper clamping system to combat these effects.
This line of products includes the Cush-a-Clamp, Omega, U-bolt, and SPN
styles. The Cush-a-Clamp is the original patented unit and includes features
